Spring Gallop 2026 Registration
This page is only for members attending the Spring Gallop 2026 to Lorca.
Most of the fields are required and you will need to fill them all in at the same time. So, before you start, please take some time to collect all the required information.
Once completed, the information will be sent to the organiser, Sue Rudge.
The Parador have asked that we provide this personal information for each guest and send it to them before our arrival to save time when booking into the hotel. Due to Spanish regulations there have been some additions to the list of information needed. Please be assured that Sue will not share this information with anyone except the Parador and all copies and files on her computer and on paper will be destroyed as soon as the Parador has received the spreadsheet. If you do not wish to give Sue this information, you can wait and give it in person to the hotel but that will mean a longer checking in process when you arrive at the hotel. There is also some extra information required by the rally organisers for inclusion in the rally book.
You will need the following:
- Full names of member and partner
- Nationality of member and partner
- Passport details for member and partner
- Date of birth for member and partner
- Full home address(es) for member and partner
- Email and phone number for member and partner
- Telephone number of the phone held by the passenger – in case we need to call you while you’re driving
- Car make, model, colour and registration number
- Starter, main and dessert menu choices for the 2 days of your trip – see the menus below
Regarding anyone with a special dietary requirement, please do your best to select something from the menu for each course for each day. If you really can’t find something for a course then click the relevant checkbox and Sue will discuss options with you.
IMPORTANT – Please also ensure your emergency contact details (name, email and telephone number) are up to date on the Your MACCC Account page of the website. Of course, the contact needs to be a family member or friend that will not be on the rally with you. If the details are already correct, just click the Confirm button, then we know you have checked and validated them.
