This page is only for members attending the Annual Rally 2024 to Extremadura.
Most of the fields are required and you will need to fill them all in at the same time. So, before you start, please take some time to collect all the information you/we require.
Once completed, the information will be sent to the organiser, Sue Rudge.
You will need the following:
Full names of member and partner
Passport or TIE details for member and partner
Date of birth for member and partner
Telephone number of the phone held by the passenger – in case we need to call you while you’re driving
Car make, model, colour and registration number
Emergency contact name and telephone number – a family member or friend that will not be on the rally with you
Starter, main and dessert menu choices for all the 4 or 5 days of your trip – see the menus that have been emailed to you by Sue Rudge
Regarding anyone with a special dietary requirement, please do your best to select something from the menu for each course for each day. If you really can’t find something for a course then click the relevant checkbox and Sue will discuss options with you.
